Kailey received her Master’s degree in Clinical-Counseling Psychology from Illinois State University in 2017. She provides outpatient-counseling services for individual, couples, and families. She counsels adolescents 13+ and adults. Kailey collaborates with each client to create an individualized treatment plan, as well as working with family members and primary care physicians if necessary to provide integrative and effective care. She has a passion for helping clients discover and utilize strategies and techniques to make each day happier and healthier. She has experience working with mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, personality disorders, trauma, grief, behavioral issues, self-esteem, post-traumatic stress disorder, ADHD, LGBTQ+ community, and life stressors.

Kailey strives to provide a safe and comfortable environment for her clients. She helps her clients establish connections from previous experiences to current thoughts and emotions. She utilizes an eclectic approach focusing on Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), strength-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy to accommodate the needs of her clients. While completing her graduate studies, Kailey received advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and utilizes this approach consistently within her eclectic style.
