Lisa has over 14 years of experience in the medical field. Her previous roles include the following: working with patients, hospitals, finance, insurance claims, as well as eligibility and credentialing. Lisa started her career in the medical field as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in 2005. She also obtained hospital-based experience working with patients while performing functions as a Patient Care Technician (PCT).

Lisa completed her Bachelor of Science in Business in 2012. After graduating, she was given the opportunity to stay in the medical field and accepted a role appealing medical claims by using state and federal laws. She has extensive knowledge in claims, billing, eligibility, and credentialing. Lisa prides herself on being customer-friendly, giving knowledge-based education on insurance claims, and providing support to all of our clinicians while performing billing and credentialing.
