Tiffany received her Doctorate degree from Tulane University in 2025. She received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago in 2012. She has expertise with the following: anxiety, emotional and behavioral challenges, mood disorders, trauma, self-esteem, ADHD, eating disorders, substance abuse, chronic illness and pain, divorce, bereavement, and other life changes. Her focus is on helping you gain awareness of your strengths, behavior patterns, and thinking in order to make significant and meaningful changes in your life.

Challenges can inevitably find their way into our lives in numerous ways and we may not always know how to cope with or manage it all. Tiffany uses a number of therapeutic approaches to best help the presenting problem including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), strength-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Her focus is to place importance on the therapeutic relationship while connecting with you, creating a safe and healing space, and allowing you to feel heard. Her role as a therapist is to assist you in finding your best self by providing insight, making better choices, and assisting with problem-solving skills. She deeply respects who her clients are and the wisdom they already have within.
